Untuk produk-produk yang termasuk dalam batasan garansi, maka pembeli akan menikmati jaminan garansi spare-part dan jasa service
Media Survey menjamin semua peralatan yang dibeli sesuai dengan spesifikasi akan bekerja secara baik dan bebas dari kerusakan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kekurangan-kekurangan akibat design dari manufaktur.
Batasan Garansi
1. Garansi tidak berlaku apabila pembeli dengan sengaja / tidak sengaja membuka rangkaian produk yang dibeli.
2. Garansi tidak berlaku apabila pembeli tidak bisa menunjukan Kartu garansi / bukti pembelian dari kami.
Garansi juga tidak berlaku untuk kejadian-kejadian berikut ini:
1. Kerusakan akibat bencana alam ( gempa, kebakaran, banjir, petir, dll) huru hara, gigitan atau tindakan-tindakan binatang, tegangan listrik yang tidak stabil, kesalahan atau kelalaian pemakai ( jatuh, terkena air/ cairan kimia dll)
2. Pengurangan atau penambahan peralatan aksesoris lain tanpa sepengetahuan kami.
3. Telah diperbaiki personal yang bukan staff Media Survey
4. Merubah atau memodifikasi peralatan yang ditanggung
5. Transportasi atau instalasi ulang yang salah.
6. Kerusakan akibat dihubungkan dengan peralatan lain baik secara mekanis maupun secara elektronis
7. Terkena serangan virus
8. Kesalahan instalasi software

Temukan Cara Pengiriman yang Mudah dan Aman
Untuk luar kota, barang yang telah siap akan kami kirimkan ke ekspedisi, dalam hal ini kita contohkan TIKI. Menurut tata kerja TIKI, bila pengiriman dengan reguler, maka barang akan terkirim 2-3 hari sampai ke kota besar. Tapi kami terbiasa memakai layanan ONS ( One Night Service) untuk memanjakan para pelanggan kami.
Selanjutnya dari kota besar baru didistribusikan ke kota kecil pada hari berikutnya. Hari dihitung berdasarkan hari kerja, dan penerimaan pengiriman untuk diproses pada hari yang sama adalah sebelum Jam 12.00. Jika melewati waktu tersebut, berarti akan diproses hari berikutnya. Contoh misalnya Anda berdomisili di Lhoseumawe, Aceh dan memesan barang hari Kamis pagi. Barang akan dikirim ke Banda Aceh dalam waktu 2-3 hari, berarti diterima Senin di Banda Aceh dan baru dikirimkan ke Lhoseumawe pada hari Selasa atau Rabu.
Untuk daerah yang jadwal penerbangan sangat terbatas, pengiriman bisa lebih lama. Contoh seperti Timika-Papua yang bisa memakan waktu hingga 14 hari. Sedangkan untuk kota-kota besar dalam jalur penerbangan, barang biasanya bisa diterima dalam waktu 2-3 hari atau keesokan hari bila memakai jasa ONS ( Over Night Service) .
Khusus untuk Jakarta ongkos kirim kami adalah Rp. 0 per hantaran.
